Recommend good shops in Winchester please...

am off for a girls weekend, we chose here as its central for everyone, but I don't know it at all....

Any good independent boutiques? Shops we should put on the agenda...

am already swooning at thought of coffee/shopping/coffee/wine/shopping/more/wine/LIE IN...!!!

Cadogan and James - don't think there's a website but it's on The Square and sells unusual clothes. There's also a very yummy deli next door.

Boudoir Blush - again don't know if there's a website but, as the name suggests, it sells underwear. It's on Parchment Street, where there are also specialist jewellers, galleries and Forme, which sells v. nice Italian style homeware.

Then there's the usual LK Bennett, Hobbs, Jigsaw, White Stuff, Fat Face, Laura Ashley, Cath Kidston blah blah.

Really nice pub called The Old Vine in the Square for erm...post shopping lunch :)
