DS2 is 3 months old and I'm depressed by my flabby stomach, bum, oh everything really. My whole wardrobe is organised around my now defunct thin waist! (Should I right now chuck everything away?)

I've got the "Lose your mummy tummy" book but I find that it's too much hassle doing the exercises and constantly referring back to the book. Baby brain I guess, short memory! I think a DVD would do the trick, and I could probably get DS1 to join in as well.

I need something that includes workout for diastasis (separated abdomen muscles), that is a Region 2 DVD.

Thanks all!

Charlie Brooks The Before And After DVD. Sorry, can't do links at the mo,but it is available on Amazon. It has a pikates section at the end which really works on the tummy area.
Also just going for good powerwalks is great. Push the pram too.

Yes! I find if the weight is creeping back on,I can just pull it out and go again.
I'm in a gym now though as have protruding disc from last bub,so need cross trainer and swimming at the mo. When I'm ready physio has recommended more aerobic classes as opposed to the pilates for me.
It also does lots of squats and lunges in the high intensity bit, which is great for your ass-according to my gym instructor friend, who has a great ass! Grin
