Any suggestions for post-baby femininity?

I've got a new baby, which means I've put on weight (gone up 2 sizes) and I can't excercise much right now on Drs orders so that leaves just one option for looking good... Shopping Grin

I got a lovely dress the other day, in Asda <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=asda.scene7.com/is/image/Asda/5052558286875%3Fhei%3D400%26wid%3D370%26resmode%3Dsharp%26op_usm%3D1.1,0.5,0,0&imgrefurl=direct.asda.com/george/women-s-clothing/dresses/day-dresses/cotton-printed-floral-dress/GEM59010,default,pd.html&usg=___W9iDC8-wMjtdn08puz07b7svpE=&h=400&w=370&sz=23&hl=en&start=80&zoom=1&tbnid=p3HODE87swSUQM:&tbnh=122&tbnw=125&ei=F2FQTdawCc7l4Ab0odyoCQ&prev=/images%3Fq%3DAsda%2BDress%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26sa%3DN%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-GB:official%26biw%3D1440%26bih%3D700%26tbs%3Disch:10%2C939&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=131&vpy=384&dur=424&hovh=135&hovw=125&tx=106&ty=178&oei=B2FQTbm0NciAhQe8t6GoDg&esq=3&page=3&ndsp=42&ved=1t:429,r:11,s:80&biw=1440&bih=700" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">HERE. It looks dressy in the picture but I wear it casually with thick tights, dark grey/black pixie boots and a cobalt blue coat <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.missandmrstallclothes.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/cobalt-coat.jpg&imgrefurl=www.missandmrstallclothes.com/2009/great-pop-coloured-winter-coats-for-tall-women/&usg=__PY1ooueSJ3tUceErMnImOlVn_i4=&h=869&w=640&sz=47&hl=en&start=43&zoom=1&tbnid=K1IN4yZGplCnpM:&tbnh=125&tbnw=88&ei=nmFQTfDZMsGv4AaK-6ioCQ&prev=/images%3Fq%3DBlue%2BDorothy%2BPerkins%2Bcoat%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-GB:official%26biw%3D1440%26bih%3D700%26tbs%3Disch:10%2C586&um=1&itbs=1&iact=rc&dur=348&oei=lWFQTaaXOJKShAf2raCvDg&esq=2&page=2&ndsp=44&ved=1t:429,r:16,s:43&tx=50&ty=51&biw=1440&bih=700" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">HERE. The coat goes better than you'd think actually as the dress is more zesty lime green and less yellow grean IRL.

The whole outfit works because:
I can clean baby sick off of the wool coat relatively easily with a babywipe.
It flatters my post-baby pear shape/ cuddly bits.
It takes zero effort to lob on in the morning and does not require me to have used moisturiser, or shave my legs (new baby- too busy).
And hardly any effort to iron because the shape is simple.
It was cheap (except the coat which I already had).
The big pattern seems to work on my new shape.
The dress is cotton, so it survives the dog jumping up to welcome me home.
Pinks and overly girlywirly things look daft on me but I still want to look feminine.

I would like a few more baby-proof outfits that make me feel good and work in the real world, can you make any suggestions of dresses or skirts to look at which might share some of the above good points? I'm a bit hopeless at feminine.

If it helps I'm 30, I'm tall and I'm white with mid length dark hair/green eyes. (Same skin and hair colours as the Boden Ad woman in the yellow jacket on the right of the page as I type this).
