will you tell me if this is really bad but i only wear my MAC foundation if i'm going out in the evening.

normal daywear make up consists of MAC PRO longwear lipstick (something like that anyway) and a blusher straight onto un made up skin. is that very bad for my skin??

i sometimes wear mascara but hate wearing it during the day and don't really need it as have stupidly long thick eyelashes.

If you don't have to wear foundation then don't! It's better for your skin without. I look like crap without mine.

Agree with Ken - my skin is uneven and blotchy and I need the help from foundation.

oh thats a relief - i remember someone telling me years ago that the foundation was good for protecting your skin during the day, but i rather hoped my Nivea moisturiser was doing that
