Cut my hair today..all one length slightly above my jawline. I am a big lass with a round face and I cannot pull this off!! I am nearly blind without y glasses so assumed she was cutting it right and didnt have the nerve to say anything.

Anyone ot any styling tips for me? i am clueless when it comes to this type of thing. its also quite thingk, I think she might have tried to thin it but still feels and looks qite frizzy. I cant afford to get it redone and there is no way I will go bck in to ask her to fix it in case she scalps me!

Poor you, no suggestions but my sympathy-I am also very short sighted and you do feel very vulnerable at the hairdressers

eek just try and pull off from face then gel back

Wear it as big as possible, this will balance out your round face a bit and make it look less like you have a small head and big body. (I suffer from the same)

A bit of backcombing will give you extra volume and set it with hairspray. I would suggest getting extra layers chopped in at the back to give it a bit of variation and get away from it looking like a bowl cut. Think graduated bob with short funky layers at the back.

Do you have a fringe? Or is your hair all one length at the front?

Also, wearing your hair in a quiff at the front can elongate your face a bit and is quite fashion forward and funky. Only do it if you have good skin though as it leaves everything uncovered.

Go back. You can ask to see someone else and just explain that you can't do a thing with it and it's just not you.

There should be no charge and you should be able to get something more suitable to a) your hair b) your face shape and c) your lifestyle (ie, as little faffing around with styling as possible).

That's what I'd do.
