Hi all
A friend of mine has just started doing Avon and I'd really like to support her, but have never used Avon so have no idea about any of their products.
Has anyone any products that they could recommend, to give me an idea what to go for?

I use their make-up brushes. Cheaper generally than shop ones ad reasonable quality and I use a few of their basics - although I bought the lavender bath foam last time and it hasn't been near lavender in its life! Very chemically smell...

The make up is nicer than the bath and body products.
I've also had some of the gifts and childrens toys they often sell.

I'm not keen on their makes up (I prefer a more natural look, theirs always seems to heavy for me), but I do like their Advance Techniques haircare, especially the heat protector spray and the daily results shampoo & conditioner, and the Solutions Total Radiance skincare.

I use their Magix face perfecter and love it. It makes your face smooth and even looking and is a great make up primer. It has SPF 20 also, so will help prevent any future wrinkles.

I also use their cream to powder foundation compact and love that also. That also has added spf and makes your face look flawless.

My avon lady lets me order and if the colours are no good, then return them. I have ordered the same foundation in 3 shades before, tested all and sent back 2 !!

i've had avon stuff for yrs, my sister used to be a rep,and i was too for a while,

i love most of their stuff,i usually buy whatever is on offer tbh, i got a lot of wee gift sets for xmas pressies.

only thing i dont like is their moisturisers, they tend to be really greasy on my skin.

The anti-ageing stuff is really good. I like their lipsticks too and the Advance Techniques hair range. I always use their foundations and you can give back anything you order and then find you don't like the colour.

Thanks all. Looks like there are a few things I will have a go with. I love trying new beauty products Grin

Another vote here for the Magix face primer - it's a wonderful product.

The nail varnishes are excellent.

Err, if you're visiting Scotland over the summer, Skin So Soft REALLY DOES keep away the midgies!
