about unwearable / painful shoes you just had to have in the sales but can hardly wear and just cant bear to part with so will live in the wardrobe.....probably for ever

But, they are black. I've only got two pairs of black shoes-I-can't-wear.

I have 5 pairs of red shoes-I-can't-wear.

these are the ones I was wearing when I posted on the other thread. They are 5 1/2" heels and look amazing, but are just a tiny bit tight on me. I know if I wear them a couple more times they'll be perfect, but I'm not sure I can bring myself to wear them too often because they pinch!

I love New Look shoes! They're cheap enough to be disposable :)

Bugger, I've just seen the red ones are still £12 online. I'm not sure I can justify the pain! Also, I have over 200 pairs quite a lot of shoes already...

It's not the height I'm having trouble with. It's just that because they're patent, they're quite hard. Could really have done with a 5.5, rather than a 5. If I bought the red ones I'd have got a 6 because that blog you linked to said it was common knowledge they needed to be bought a size up.

Bought these and returned them as I could barely stand. Replaced them with these and can now comfortably stand....but not walkSmile.

I just had to have red shoes.

Ah for £12 you cant go wrong - buy em girl, buy em.

200 Pairs! ouchie do you have a shoe room?.

The blog is a great read - she runs a challenge - you have to wear every pair in a year or throw em out. You will be a busy lady!

Balls. I have just seen these in the sale and have been lusting after them since before Christmas. Couldn't justify them at full price at that time and now they're £25!

But they only have a size 3 left :(

I wonder if it's too extreme to cut my toes off Hmm

OOOH i like those. Cutting toes off is extreme - even for a dedicated shoe owner! I have thought about it tho....

These are the grey ones I mentioned at the start of the thread, am a bit Hmm at the fact mine were £45 too!
I was wondering if some of those sheepkin innersoles would help?..

These are my shoes of doom desire. Got them for a bargainous reduction in the sale :) can just about manage the length of the hallway :(
