arbonne skin care and cosmetics?

anyone heard of them?
a mum at the school gave me some samples to try as she said it was a treat for me after having had a rough time just lately.
anyway tried the 5 step routine last night and my skin does feel a lot better and looks a lot better this morning, depsite the lack of sleep, hacking cough and sore nose from blowing it all the time.
BUT and it is a big but, on checking out the catalogue and price list, it would appear that i need to part with £250 to make this my every day routine.
of course getting carried away i'm thinking well my face looks and feels amazing after one day so go for it, but then although i do buy premium face products as i'm a sucker for a sleek black make up case, or a bunch of freebies, i'm still thinking £250 in one go is a bit much.
you get a cream cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, neck firming cream and night and day moisturiser.
see now listing it like that it seems quite a lot.
anyway if you managed to read this far without yawning, has anyone else tried it? did you carry on using it? is it worth the money long term?

Hi. Sorry so late to respond to your post. A friend of mine was a rep for Arbonne a couple of years ago, and I have to say her skin looked simply amazing after using the products. I was in no financial position to even consider buying anything, but she did give me a pot of Arbonne nappy cream - RRP £36 Shock - and I have to say, it was an absolute miracle. One application was usually enough to completely alleviate all symptoms, and I've still got half the pot left - 2 DC's later. There's no chance I would have spent that sort of money myself but, with experience, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I got some baby sunscreen years ago that was really good, a zinc based cream, but it was very pricey. I used it on myself too. And some salt bath scrub in a lovely citrusy scent. Long term, selling it might be worth it, but buying it would be crazy. But I don't spend much on skin products as a rule.

i've been using them for 5 days now and my skin does look good, so much better and no dry patches. i do use a fairly rigourous skin care regime normally so its not as if its just because i'm using the products.
i really want to buy at least the serum as that seems to be the item that makes the most difference and just hope it has the same effect when using with my normal brands.

thanks for the replies.

Hi Kerry I have very sensitive, reactive skin that flushes easily (not rosecea) and even clinique and Liz earl irritates Love to find a great foundation that covers red nose and face without looking really thick and solid and a comfortable moisturiser. How would Arbonne suit and do you have any samples?
