It's too short to wear with leggings (for me anyway).

I have been wearing with black skinny jeans but wanted to dress it up a bit more. I am a size 16, big boobs, not bad legs and not brave enough for harem pants!

i think its all in the accessories - nice belt and necklace - belt to match handbag - fuck me heels - that kind of thng. i do think blak dkinny jeans are best tbh

I have a similar top from topshop. I wear mine with black skinnies and very high heels. Think black skinnies can look quite glam with the right accessories.

I have a radical suggestion. What about black tailored shorts with opaques and high heels. Im a 16 too but carry my weight in my top half and I honestly think shorts and opaques would be lovely with this floaty top.

Do you know what I picked up a pair of shorts yesterday and was going to get them but then I talked myself out of it. I reckon I could get away with them as my legs are probably my best feature as I'm quite apple shaped. I convinced myself I was too old though. I might go back and try them!

Its definately too short for leggings, leggings should be an alternative to tights (IMO) and you wouldn't wear this top with just tights!

What about a black mini with black opaques?

Def go back and try the shorts (make sure you have opaques on and take heels to try them!) Im an apple shape 16 too and would def wear shorts like this rather than in the summer with bare legs!

I'd tuck it into a knee-length black swingy skirt, wide belt, opaques (I'd actually go with seamed black stockings, but that's just me) and sky-high black heels. That's not particularly casual, I know, but according to my family and friends I am "never knowingly underdressed".

It's lovely. I like the shorts idea.
