I am on the mailing list to get offers but am sick to death of them- almost 2 a week.
Last week it was a survey ( no thanks) now it's 10% off. yes, I know it's 10% off- it always is!
Am now waiting to be bombarded by catalogues every 6 weeks.

Shame they can't deliver the one item I want- a mac. Out of stock for another 5 weeks.

I also keep getting those pointless and twee questionnaires to complete... why oh why do they bother?

I only wishe he would send me a spend £30 and get £10 off offer - then I might order something

I might answer his marketing surveys if he gave me an incentive- like money off or a voucher.

It annoys me too - but I'd prefer e-mails to what happened last week which was 3 separate catalogues landing through my door on the same day.
Such a waste of trees.

I only have one experience of Boden.

A dress ordered in two separate sizes (just to be sure). One of them they sent was....a size even bigger than I'd asked for and the other? A completely different frock!!

As a shopping experience, I didn't rate it!

Really disappointed with my latest buy which arrived today. Ordered the black silk dress which arrived totally creased with white deodorant marks down the front. Not what you expect when you pay £80 for a dress. Needless to say I rang them and told them it would be coming back!
