Help I am Confused
Job is Census collector in Irl, interview tomorrow morning,
Just took out suit and shirt, now my MIL, Mum and DP all so no my Dad says yes to wearing it.
Choices are navy trouser suit and plum coloured shirt.
Black cowl neck knitted black dress, black wool coat
Black skirt above shirt and black coat
So choices are Very Smart, Smart Casual, or DP's choice tight black skirt and heels Hmm
Plse choose while I down a glass of wine and opens new bottle calm my nerves

Personally I would scrub DP's choice - it might well be what he likes to see you in, but he is not doing the interviewing, is he?

I would suggest you wear something similar to what you would wear to work if you got the job, so not too much smarter or they'll think you're trying too hard, and not dressed down so much they think you don't care.

For my money, the dress sounds about right so long as it's not too figure-hugging or too short, but not with killer heels!

Best of luck - hope you get the job!

Yes I think the dress is your best option too. Good luck!

Hi Canyou - just checking in to see what you decided and how you got on this morning. Hope it all went OK.

Hello,
Well I went with the dress and smart coat and medium heels to see the person before me wearing jeans and as I left some one in a mini and biker boots Shock esp as the 3 interviewers were wearing suits. Thanks for the advice it was one less worry
The interview itself went well [I think] but I am one of thousands so wait and see
Thanks again Smile
