WorldsSlowestTypist · 29/01/2011 17:30

Hi sylish ladies,
DD and I need your help. She is going to a party next weekend and if I am to avoid another Sunday shopping with her we need to buy adress online tonight.
DD is 5 ft 7, size 10 and hourglass shaped.
She has long blonde hair and dancers legs (Do you hate her yet?) She looks best in stronger colours - especially blue and red.
It is quite a dressy party but our budget is limited - under £50 would be great but def under £100
Please help!

asos nice and simple and styllish.

asos again Hide the curvy bits and show the legs.

asos again and enough to buy a pair of shoes and a bag.

I would whack some thick black tightso with all of the dresses to make them trendy and make the issue of them being short less of an issue.

MadameCastafiore · 29/01/2011 17:37

Anyway - ASOS have loads of lovely dresses for svelte yougn things - loads and loads but I fear I will start buying if I carry on looking!

StarlightPrincess · 29/01/2011 17:40

Have you tried looking on boohoo? They have some great evening dresses on there, all under £50 and they are very on trend (I buy a lot from there)- and they have a next day delivery option.

MadameCastafiore · 29/01/2011 17:43

this looks a bit like lilly allen?

WorldsSlowestTypist · 29/01/2011 17:43

Thanks MC,
The last one is closest. When I say hour glass I mean size 10 bust and hips and size 8 waist - so the curvy bits are to be celebrated rather than hidden! She suits a lower neckline I think - not too plunging though!

MadameCastafiore · 29/01/2011 17:47

oops

AimingForSerenity · 29/01/2011 17:49

Try Lipsy.

My daughter, neice and all their friends have some lovely ones and you can buy online

TheCowardlyLion · 29/01/2011 17:54

What about this one?

WorldsSlowestTypist · 29/01/2011 17:55

Thanks - You are so fast! I love the green Asos one but it is very short and dd has quite a long body - not sure that it would be decent on her!

TheCowardlyLion · 29/01/2011 17:58

Or this one?

TheCowardlyLion · 29/01/2011 18:00

Love this site

MadameCastafiore · 29/01/2011 18:00

Very thick tights would do away with the issue of the dress being short - I have very long legs and have drawers full of very thick tights or footless tights to go with dresses so I don't show my arse when bending over!

FaffTastic · 29/01/2011 18:02

Lipsy have loads of dresses for young leggy svelte 16 year olds like this
