All Saints 'Layla Dress' Query

Can anyone help me out? I've just bought this online and received it today. It's looks great and generally, I'm happy with it but.....the left arm hole has a raw edge? If anyone out there owns this same dress, is it supposed to be like this?

It doesn't seem to in the pic but quite a lot of all saints clothes have 'raw' edges

Yes, that's the dress - it's extremely flattering but my only niggle is that the right arm doesn't have a raw edge but the left arm does which may well be trendy but is slightly weird to a nearly 40 yr old! Want to make sure that it's supposed to be like that rather than a major product flaw.

I love this dress so much I have it in 3 colours

It has a raw edged detail on the shoulder, but not on the armhole itself. Send it back and get a replacement.

Talking of All Saints, has anyone noticed they deliver their items in massive boxes. I ordered a giftcard last year and it came in a shoe box sized box and today I received a necklace in an even bigger box. Bizarre!
