What to do about a pair of M&S jeggins

I bought a pair online. They were delivered. From their autograph range and cost me £45.

Tried them on. Fitted like a glove so wore them yesterday. By the end of the day, they were so baggy and loose that if I held my belly in, they would actually fall down on their own and that was eith a belt.

The knees were really baggy and the hip/arse are just didn't fit at all.

They are utterly shite if I am honest.

Do I just take them back and explain? Their £12 skinnies are better

I would send them back via post

Back by post is a good idea. Thank you.

I have always found M&S to be pretty good about returns so long as you have a proof of purchase.

i complained about some cakes recently (which just weren't very nice) and was very impressed with response. got a very nice email and lady on returns desk in store was very helpful.

M&s are usually good so yes I would take them back.. Maybe the fabric for that pair wasn't the usual standard..

to add to dreamingofsun's comments... I had a not so fab experience with m&s cakes before christmas.. I bought mini mince pies and cakes one day (say the 8th) and one had a bb of the 8th and the other the 7th Hmm.

I went back to the store the following day with both cakes and the receipt and was told that the ones clearly out of date were refunded YET the ones that were sold on their best before were fine..Hmm Apparently they are within the guidelines..

BUT me not eating them and returning them meant they were now out of date ! Not m&s's problem was their reply.. Oh and not reimbursement for the hassle I had driving back to the store.Hmm.

I had the same problem with their jeggings as well but thankfully they were much cheaper. Wish I had taken them back now!
