i need a black eyeshadow that doesn't smudge

and when i say smudge, I'm not talking about me rubbing it and smudging it. i mean that when i put it on, i don't have to wipe under my eyes every 5 minutes. and recommendations?

Rimmel 'special eyes' 214 Jet black - is what i use. It goes on quite creamy and is lovely and matt.

Burn yer hubbies tea. Thats usually a good way to get permanent eye shadow. :o

use a primer - it makes a world of difference to quality of colour and staying power. Urban decay and too faced do excellent ones

I've never found a better black shadow than MAC carbon

go and swatch them on your hands - if the rimmel is as good as the MAC then get that because it's a lot cheaper! you won't be able to tell much about staying power - it's only a good way to judge depth of colour - but a primer should sort that out for any eyeshadow.
