Boots for DD1 (4.5) with high instep

Hi folks

My tiny DD1 has equally tiny feet, but wide (G/H) with a high instep, just like me (poor girl). She can't wear Mary Janes, for example, and we've only found one pair of boots (and I mean everyday boots, not snow boots or wellies, she fits those OK) that she could get on and she's grown out of those this winter.

Would really like to get her some new ones, I got some nice Clarks calf-high ones in the sale last year, and even though they're half a size too big still, they really press on the top of her foot and we're going to have to sell them on.

Any idea for brands that might have more room across the top of the foot? That also don't look like an orthopaedic appliance?!

Thanks
