i've just realised that the spot outbreak i had over Xmas (excellent timing Hmm) is more than likely due to the Cleanse and Polish i started using again on a daily basis.

Bit of a bore as was given a new stash for Xmas which i'll now have to ebay.

I do like the muslin cloth part of the routine so if i don't use Liz Earle could you recommend something else?

I've previously used various Clarins cleansers which have been fine but if there are cheaper alternatives then even better Smile. I do have quite dry, sensitive skin if that helps?!

TIA

you put it on dry face then you run the muslin cloth under the hot tap and wring out quick then put it on entire face coevering your face for a few minutes
you feel all the hotness then you take it off your face and wash your face tot ake the excess off with coldy warmy water it dus work its lovely
