New Year's Eve outfit -help!

We're having a dinner party at home on NYE. I'm looking for a top that's evening wear but not low cut, strapless or sleeveless. Ideally it'd be a bright jewel colour, with long sleeves. I like chiffon, satin, silk. I can't find anything I like that's a reasonable price (under £50 - am I out of touch?)
If anyone has seen something promising, please give me a shout! Ta

Okay, it isn't a top but I have this tunic from Monsoon which is bright, jewel coloured, long sleeved etc (and I paid sodding full price for it!!) but it is lovely.

That's lovely Tulpe, just the sort of thing I had in mind, but I'm a 12 and they've sold out. I'll have a nose on Monsoon in general again though.
