I can't get a decent hair cut or manicure, what am I doing wrong ?

I try so hard to maintain my hair and nails.

Whenever i get hair done at a salon, the 1st time I go, its gorgeous, but then next time it is cocked up. I have highlights.

Also, I pay £35 for gel nails and they are bloody crap. the smile line is wobbly and it just looks like i've done it myself.

So I don't say anything, but go somewhere else, but find it is the same thing there too.

How can i make an appointment to get my nails done and be sure to get a good job ? I'm rubbish at this.

Can you ask friends or colleagues to recommend somewhere?

Or start another thread on here asking for recommendations in your area?

The best nails I ever had were done by someone who had trained at a Clarins spa.
