What to do about BIG pores?

Can someone please recommend me a moisturising cream or some kind of lotion/potion that actually does make pores smaller? I am in my 30s and have noticed that my pores seem to be getting bigger around my nose and cheeks. I'm also trying to find a nice tinted moisturiser-(preferably big pore-hiding!) anyone have any suggestions?

I started using Avene skin stuff about 3 years ago and my pores are much improved.

For a quick fix this stuff is great. It's like mint green mud and closes pores a treat.

Ive just tried Benefit Pore-fector - its £23.50 but does do the job - plus you get ultra soft skin-in fact its actually a bit weird!! I just kept staring at myself in the mirror!!
