Problems with Asos deliveries?

Anyone else having problems with Asos deliveries? I ordered a dress from them two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, although it is showing as dispatched on 30 November! I have tried emailing them but just got a standard reply. It's the first time I've used the site and I'm not impressed!

Yes I have. Its recent though and not usual for them. Annoying around christmas though when you actually want to receive items

It's a backlog with the delivery companies HDNL & Hermes during the cold spell. I also ordered 2 weeks ago, but got my parcel yesterday morning.

They used to be fab, then got popular. I used to order using standard delivery and most times it was actually quicker than next day!

Ordered some bits from them a few months ago, after 3wks they finally refunded me as they still hadn't arrived, then 2 wks later I had a nice big asos parcel arrive at my door.

I've recently had 2 orders sent to New Zealand, both arrived within a week of ordering, so their service is still good, it must be just problems locally with your couriers.

Good news is that it finally arrived on Monday (so 16 days from ordering).

Bad news is that the dress looks truly awful

My package has turned up too - today, after being dispatched on the 4th.
