As I stomped along the other evening wearing my knee high boots and feeling like Liz Macdonald I realised I need a pair of ankle boots to wear with dresses/tights

Could be shoe booty, I like suede

well, went shopping and tried on a couple of pairs in jones

when I have looked at all the ones you ahve linked to I will return

tethers I love the first Urban outfitters ones

Tried a load on in Marks, either my feet have grown a size or theirs were tiny

these looked FAb on but had a thin, unforgiving sole that I know I would regretbut if they went down to £40 I might be able to overlook that!

bought these which look AWFUL here but are cute as buttons and comfy to boot

these are BEE ooo TIFUL but soo small! Look really expensive too

I love the autograph shoe boots, they are so ridiuclously comfy for things so high. And I now couldn't face paying any more than those prices since they are pretty damn good.

I don't understand why you don't just go up a size?

I have these and they are uber comfortable and look great with skirts and trousers

pan because I am an 8!!

I bought but returned those fur cuff autograph ones. Very comfy but gaped at the ankle at the back.

Hmm, if they were closed toe they woudl be great. Not a peep toe fan tbh, esp with tights
