I want to get my partners boy a t shirt for Xmas - but what's a good make, was thinking of Timberland or Bench?

Superdry seems to be the 'in' thing

Jack Wills or Hollister or Abercrombie and Fitch or Superdry are good bets.

Or a voucher to somewhere that sells trendy clothes, like House of Fraser?

MrsS01 · 09/12/2010 20:55

Thanks, he seems to shop at sports shop but didn't want to just get Adidas. Where can I get Superdry from?

It depends on what he is into.
If he is into alternative stuff then he will not like a shirt that a rugby player likes (sterotypical I know but pretty much the norm).

scurryfunge · 09/12/2010 21:12

If you want to spend lots of money, there is Billionaires Boys Club, ElvisJesus or Ed Hardy.

MrsS01 · 09/12/2010 21:20

i like the billabong t shirts - do you think all regular 15 year olds will like one of those?

OP posts:
scurryfunge · 09/12/2010 21:20

If he is a surfy, skateboardy, freerunning sort of teen, yes.

MrsS01 · 09/12/2010 21:24

he's not a particular surfy long haired teen - like I say he likes his sports stuff but i don't want to just get adidas or nike. Maybe Bench would be better?

Does he have hair over his eyes and wear skinny jeans with the waistband below his bum with a shoelace for a belt - then go for a skate brand - try websites like Route One.

Or does he have short hair, one earring, go to the gym, have photos of Corsas and Quiksilvers on his walls - go for FCUK or Tate and Lyle.

Or does he wear baggy jeans, checked shirts have long-on-top-short-at-the-back floppy hair and have a girlfriend with backcombed hair with a severe fringe with a very low side parting - go for Superdry, Hollister or Abercrombie.

All these people live with me - imagine the fun we have.

I would go with superdry, my dsd friends all want superdry clothes, dsd just got a jumper for her birthday

MrsS01 · 09/12/2010 21:30

LeChatRouge - lmao! He's the floppy long fringe hair kind with baggy jeans! I feel really old, I've never heard of Superdry, Hollister or Abercrombie! I want to spend about £20 - where can I get them from?

Grin am loving LeChatRouge descriptions.

You describe dsd hair to perfection!

LeChatRouge · 09/12/2010 21:37

I have just asked my floppy haired one and he chose this - t-shirt

Free delivery too!

scurryfunge · 09/12/2010 21:39

LeCahatRouge - do you mean Lyle and Scott? Tate and Lyle is a sugar company Grin

LeChatRouge · 09/12/2010 21:41

Yes - thought it sounded wrong. I iron that top very often too.
