Warm shoes for a pregnant woman?

I am in my third trimester and have SPD. I am finding it very difficult to get any shoes on except for my ballet flats which aren't ideal for cold weather/slippy conditions. It is painful to bend over so anything with laces is not really an option.

To make it a bit harder, my feet have swollen to size 9.

Anyone have any ideas for me?

Evans ankle boots were a godsend for me at the end of pregnancy...

Thank you - hadn't thought of Evans, but that is a good suggestion. The second pair look like I could wear them in work and at the weekends.
