Grey school trousers - who does the longest for 6yo

I went to order some more of the long length on M&S to discover they have withdrawn their grey option!

Who else does longer trousers?

ds is 6 - but is as tall as an 8yo. Might have to buy 8yo trousers and tighten up the waist.

same here - we buy adjustable waist trousers and hoist them in! DS is 7 and wears age 9 trousers and shirts as he has very long limbs, but no body fat at all, so everything is baggy on him.
