Please please help - you are my last resort! Since I had the dc, my always dry hair has turned like straw. It is frizzy and uncontrollable. It is wavy and coarse in texture.

I have tried the "no poo" for a month and a half with no improvement, I use frizz-ease cream which works for around an hour and then it's back to its usual state, I've tried frequent conditioning with heavy-duty conditioner, I've tried all sorts of products - Tresemme, hot oil, Aussie etc etc - but nothing works. It is probably the driest hair I have ever seen! As this is a new(ish) thing I am at a total loss to know what to do next. Hairdresser no help either so I am relying on you ladies. Only other option is to get as much as poss chopped off, but it's only shoulder lenghth at the mo and I don't suit very short hair so don't really want to do this.

I've been using NuhairRX serum for a few years but will never go back to it now. Currently using nuhairrx on a beach holiday in Greece where at the end of the day my hair feels like straw. nuhairrx every time restores my hair to make it shiny and smooth. An added bonus is that it also seems to give it some body which is great for me as I have fine hair. It's very lightweight serum.

Really need some help or advice.

My hair is so dry and frizzy I've tried not blow drying it or putting any heat on it whatso ever and nothing is working I've had conditioning treatments on hair masks spray products and I can't seem to find anything that work that doesn't cost a fortune......

My hair is quite long and hence the ends tend to be dry, I find coconut oil works pretty good. It's a sort of messy process but slather coconut oil all over dry hair. (It's solid until it gets the heat from your hands and head) wrap your head in a warm towel, then wrap in a plastic bag, leave this rather glam turban on all day then rinse in the shower. (This is where it gets tricky as you can't see which bits you've missed when shampooing it away)
Hopefully when you rinse and dry your hair you should see a big improvement.

my hair is bleached within an inch of it's life, to try to keep it soft and shiny I wash every other day with gentle shampoo, condition and then also use a leave-in conditioner, then dry naturally. No hairdryer or straighteners for me.

Thank you for your help guys. I do l ave my hair to dry naturally but it just goes dry frizzy and breaks. I will try the coconut oil next though and hopefully that works.
