Can you recommend some heated rollers?

I have quite fine, just-below-shoulder length hair, and it needs a bit of oomph!
It has a slight natural wave, but as it gets longer the weight is pulling my hair straight.

So, the time has come to invest in some heated rollers. I need something that heats up quickly and with good size barrels (not too small).

Hope you can help!

Can't recommend rollers but the babyliss curling wand is great...here

Thanks peggotty. I did look at that before, but I was looking for some rollers so I can just stick them in and leave them whilst getting on with other stuff.

Is it quick with with the tongs to get a good head of waves/curls?

Well it probably takes me about 10-15mins (after practice), but your hair has to be completely dry first so you have to factor that into the time it takes. I'm considering starting washing and drying my hair just before bed, then curling it in the morning. It makes really nice-looking waves/curls though.

these are quite good - i think there are medium and big and not too many small ones. the plastic clips are rubbish though as they leave dents in your hair - so stick to the classic metal ones (which they also come with)
rollers

but I agree with peggotty- that wand is very good. If you can just get the hang of doing sections then it shouldn't take too much longer than putting rollers in and the time it takes to take them out etc. The thing about rollers that is good though is that they cool down whilst the curl is still in, which is what helps the curl to hold for longer

Babyliss ones are good, but I'm coveting The O It's amazing!

If using tongs, I always clip the curl using curl clips, the small metal ones you can buy in Superdrug etc.

Rickety, those were the rollers I was thinking of getting.
The O looks amazing, but that it serious money!

I've got those babyliss rollers and they're great in that I stick them on to warm while I shower, pop them in and then by the time I've done my make up its time to take them out.

However I do get much better results with an old fashioned tong but it takes ages.
