Thin but super warm tops?

I'm breastfeeding and hate think clothes/ lots of layers between me and the baby, but it's getting cold!! What can I buy to keep me really warm (nipples painful when they get cold!!! )

Plus I am so big up top that my coats only fasten at the bottom half - don't know whether to buy a new coat when my boobs'll probably shrink again...

What about warm tops that are scoop neck, everything is v neck .

The heat-tech tops look very boring - are they better in real life?
