Am so disappointed - looks like the core of the cord wasn't sewn through, so has just pulled out on the outer.

Am not a happy bunny, and dh can't find the receipt to take it back to the shop..

I would email their head office.

A stitch not properly locked off?

Can you fix it yourself if you love the product so much?

CMOTdibbler · 15/11/2010 14:27

No, I can't fix it as a) the cord has pulled out from under the patch of material which covers the ends so would need to be totally unstitched then put back and b) I only have use of one hand, so can't sew anything

You don't need your receipt to return a faulty item. It helps if you have some proof of purchase, such as a bank statement, but most shops will do an exchange without.
