Recommendations for hairdressers in Oxford?

I've heard Mahogany and Blue Boar are good but expensive. Does anyone know of anywhere a bit cheaper but still good? Am thinking of chopping a load off my hair, so need to go somewhere decent.

I use Anne veck in bicester, they also have a salon in st clements. They are the best i found locally although oxford has a lot more choice.
