Help me find some shoes/style this frock!

I have this lovely dress only it isn't in sensible black it is in a weird mushroomy pinky brown which is not to be found online anywhere (gah). Is very nice, honest. I have a dull pink pashmina which is just beautiful with it (the party I want to wear it to is not really a pashmina do but we can overlook that) or at a push to dress it down a bit I have a sort of winey purply cardy. I have nothing to put on my feet despite an entire morning trawling yesterday. I can't walk in higher than 3". Anybody?

Really hard to tell because I cannot see the colour of your dress. Would brown go with it?
What colour tights are you planning on wearing?

I know, sodding websites don't have it. I should get a dulux chart shouldn't I! I think brown might be ok; plum would probably work well; dusky pink is lush; fushia might be ok or on another tack I think pale blue would work.
Tights - not sure, I wondered about old fashioned american tan (ish) or maybe something neutrally fishnetty?

Would nude coloured / beigey shoes work? Lots more out there than dusky pink ones

They might...but I failed to find any nice ones on a good trawl round town this week. Plenty of nude boring workish court shoes.

Thanks! I love the purple ones but don't think the colour will work - the Kurt Geiger ones are worth a shot I think.
