Also needs to be suitable for breast feeding!

My birthday and we are going out for afternoon tea at poshish hotel.

I'm 5ft, dark hair, olive skin was size 16 but cant get into pre mat trousers & mat ones falling down. Stomach still feeling v bruised & I have a few injection bruises so can't do tight around my waist although rest of me is pretty much back to normal.

Are you wanting to go shopping tomorrow or utilise whats in your existing wardrobe?

I'd be tempted to go for some comfy trousers - I wore jersey roll top ones lots after my c-sections. And then put on a nice top and cardigan and perhaps a nice scarf.

Congratulations on your recent arrival.

Online shopping, it's for next weekend. I've had a look in our limited shops and gottwo pairs of trackies. Can't find any stretchy waist trousers.Hoping someone may have seen some!

I have a few tops now, not v smart but can dress them up. My chest has expanded quite dramatically this time & had to completely restock

I wore these loads post birth. They're not massively smart but can be dressed up.

Some people get on well with wrap dresses but I personally preferred bf in a top with a cardigan/scarf combo for ultimate discretion.

Does it have to be trousers? How about smth like this www.milkbug.co.uk/Elena-cap-sleeve-breastfeeding-dress-Indigo.html?

nymphadora · 04/11/2010 11:16

Do you just pull your boob out of the top to feed? Can't see that going down well!

No, it has an opening on the side, AFAICanUnderstand www.milkbug.co.uk/nursing-openings.html. Look at the other dresses- they all have different openings.
