What are Adidas trainers like for size?

Dearly want these but not sure on sizing

Am a
6.5/7 in converse
7 in dunlop and babycham
7/8 in most shoes
and a 6 in nike!

they are a very narrow fitting in my experience. I am a 6 in Nike and was also a 6 in Adidas, albeit had to send them back as I have quite wide feet.

I bought the 75 in the end and despite my enormously wide feet, thay are a perfect fit! :o
