Peacock feather print tunic top

Saw a lady wearing a very stricking tunic length top today . Strong blue-green colour with a design of peacock feathers. Not sure if long or short sleeved (she wore a jacket!) but had a low scoop neck and was worn over a black top. Possibly a jersey or viscose fabric. Does it ring any bells ?

More like this but in blue/greens and the print higher up so the tail feather was up to the shoulder

Was it an old Matthew Williamson/H&M top? I've got his dress (on left) from an old H&M collection; there was a tunic as well but I'm not sure if that item came out in the UK.
