Straight legged jeans and shoes

My straight leg jeans are too bulky to tuck into my boots and too skinny to go over them. The only other footwear I own are ballet pumps and flip flops, what can I wear on my feet that
a) aren't Uggs Grin
b) are flat and comfy and warmish

shufflebum ASH is a new-ish shoe brand - italian but with a french founder UK website here with link to current 'sports' collection. By complete coincidence I bought a pair of suede pumps by them when on holiday in France about 6 years ago. They were really pretty and feminine and comfy, I loved them and wore them to death. Anyway I noticed ASH becoming more widely available in the UK so always have a nosey and this year ended up buying the Penelope's. I found with straight legs having fabric around the ankle means I don't have the jeans/plimsoll cutoff which makes me look like even more of a shortarse than I already am!

I didn't see the flat bit, sorry

Mine are similar to these

these are flat, more substantial than a ballet shoe...
