depends how much you want to spend. Homebase/B&Q if you want to keep it reasonable or John Lewis or your local interior design shop if you dont mind splashing out. There are simply loads to choose from.

anyone know of any on-line companies that do cool kids wallpaper? Or stick on stickers for bedrooms

designers guild, anna french, jane churchill, cath kidston, liberty all do children's papers. at a price obviously.
ikea do some very kidston-esque fabrics (really nice watercolour-y sailing boats one in particular), they might do wallpapers too?

my ds has an attic bedroom (high pointy ceilings and beams)completely papered in the cath kidston cowboy print - it looks fantastic I must say

I'd def go with the sticker idea, they grow up so fast you need to decorate all over again. with both my ds and dd I put a plain yellow and blue wallpaper up and then added stick arounds matching curtains bedspread and lightshade, that way when they are slightly older all I have to do is take away the stickers curtains etc and buy the new theme that they are into at that time hence no need for decorating when they are a bit older!

I inherited a very expensive wall paper from the previous owners, I hated it at the beginning but..... three years on I love it to pieces .

princesspeahead · 15/09/2005 12:08

I love it cod!
And yes I inherited it, would never have had the guts to do it myself. But I think it looks excellent...
