Are ponchos seriously naff or OK???

I really want a cashmere one like this. It looks so warm and practical and would look great with skinny jeans and chunky mid calf boots. But do they look like something dredged back up from the back of Sienna Millar's 2004 boho wardrobe?

Mumsnet Jury - please decide!

Link won't work. Look for the poncho on p4 of women's knitwear. :)

OK, thanks for the verdict guys. It looks fairly 50:50. For that reason I am going to leave it (for now anyway - until the sales when I might be persuaded). £150 is too much money to spend on something I'm not 100% sure about!

Am now going to go and calculate how many bottles of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon I could afford for the same amount money Grin

Thank you all!!

PS Champagnesupernova - funnily enough the White Company one was my second choice Smile.

I have a black Pure Collection one and it's very handy as you can throw it on over anything. It's got sleeves and can be belted for a more defined shape too. I think it looks chic - I hope I'm not deluded. Grin
