Heeled boots over skinny jeans - classy or brassy?

Black heeled boots, grey skinny jeans - or should I stick to flat biker boots or heeled shoes?

I disagree that biker is out (and agree with NannyPats).
not crazy on the knee-high heeled boots myself - still quite happily wear last year's flat ones though.
