Liquid eyeliner - which one?

What's the best / easiest to apply liquid eyeliner that you've used?

I just finished the Mac waterproof one and found it really hard to remove, except with very oily eye make up remover.

I've used a couple of l'oreal ones, they are called 'superliner', loved them, were easy to take off and loved the spongy tip applicator... gives a softer finish. Just looking at the colours now, black crystals and silver black.

Have just got a new No7 one, with my £5 boots voucher, don't like it as much, its a much harsher line as the applicater is one of those little paintbrushes. fine to get off tho.

HTH.

No 17 or Bourjois which both have a felt tip style applicator. Find them both really good, easy to put on and easy to wash off.

Bobby Brown!Absolutely fantastic.No competition.

Thanks for all replies.

Is the felt tip type applicator easier to use than little brush type do you think?

I wear liquid eyeliner practically every day. I'm a big fan of the pin-up look so it's a crucial part of my look.

I've tried loads of expensive eye-liners and always come back to This one.

It's cheap as chips but looks fab and the applicator (rather than brush) makes it almost impossible to mess up.

I would definitely recommend it Smile

I love love love liquid liner and wear it every day: my favourite is actually a gel liner, Mac Fluidline, applied with a Bobbi Brown liner brush. I liked the BB Gel eyeliner, but found it dried up within a few months, whereas the Mac one is still good as new a year later, with loads left. It gives a nice strong line that lasts all day, and is much easier to apply than traditional liquid liner.

Having said that, it doesn't look quite the same as liquid liner - not quite as vintage-y somehow. After trying them all (No7 too flaky; Bourjois wore off; etc, etc), I found the best one for me was NARS Angel Heart, which was a proper liquid in a dinky bottle with a totally useless mini paintbrush. Life got too short, though...
