getting nail varnish out of clothes PLEASE HELP!

Hi all I borrowed a top from a friend that is very very delicate and stupidly I got black nail varnish on it, does anyone know if I can get it out somehow? I'm very desperate!

try freezing it and flaking it off? is it a blob or a smear?

a bag, in the freezer. just thinking about chewing gum and how that flakes off if you freeze it?
