I have to go and get some new glasses tomorrow but have no idea what to chose

Can anyone advice me please?

I always worry about choosing glasses - you wear them everyday and it's such an expensive mistake if they're wrong.

I usually end up having to choose from the teenagers frames as all the others are too wide!

At least they're usually a bit less pricey!
