Re the flat boots - I have a similar pair and get loads of wear. I find dune on the smaller side (am a 6.5 but usually order 7 from dune) and sorry, but find Dune boots really uncomfortable!!

Re colour, I think tan - I hate brown boots, but then, I wear a lot of black. I have two pairs of tan boots and three pairs of black. Brown is drab in my opinion and awful with black!!

I love the peyton boots but the RI boots look easier to walk in.

I like those but I'm biased - I far prefer boots with a heel, recently splurged on some Kurt Geiger winter boots and they are the best!

I think the office ones are a bit more feminine so depends on your style
