She is in the army cadets at boarding school and they are having a mess dinner after half term. She has to have something knee length with shoulders covered, and she is about 5ft 2 and round in the tummy, 34AA bust. It's quite likely that a petite adult dress would fit better than a teen dress, but it needs to be roomy and not fitted.
