£35 John Lewis voucher

Received a uswitch £35 John Lewis voucher for changing my gas / elec supplier at the beginning of this year.
Had a bit of a crapola year and money is tighter than it has ever been in my life (even compared with student days!) so having this to buy something for myself is a treat and a half. Any suggestions as to what is good, I am thinking i have to look only at the "beauty" section as if i look at clothes there will be too much over £35 which will just depress me

can you use it online as they have quite a lot under 35 in the sale - nice cashmeer knitwear.

sorry meant to say sales not on yet you would need to wait till just before/after christmas. Or can you use it on food - you could then spend the equivalent money on whatever you wanted at a different shop.

I think Clarins have one of their deals on at the mo (if not now, then there's bound to be one soon!) so if you buy a few things for about £35, then you get a load of freebies too. I did this a while ago and got absolutely loads of stuff, quite a bargain really.

Then your £35 would last for months!

You could look at accessories - a nice scarf? Or they have some nice costume jewellery? A new purse?
I bought a Warehouse cardigan in there the other day - £30 non sale item.
Probably best to go to one of the stores and have a browse
