Is anyone qualified in nail extensions?

There's a chinese place by me that has an offer on at the moment. The thing is they use electric files and I'm not sure if they are damaging to the nails or not?

don't use electric files. IMO its a lazy way of filing nails, to easy to files your own nail and not worth it. Messes your nails totally.

I find electirc files are ok for light use BUT beware if they use it file the whole of the acrylic off. Better nail tecnician is one who does it with a hand file.

May be cheaper but not worth it imho.
