What sort of skirt for an apple?

I like skirts I can never seem to find any well made stylish skirts. pencils skirts look dreadful and skirts with belts it's not worth thinking about.

I have tried skirts 'cut on the bias' and they're just horrid - usually awful flowery mumsy or hippy material which I wouldn't wear.

I am an apple and a size 16 apple at that. Please guide me to decent skirts that i can wear to work that look good or is this an impossible ambition?

How about something like this? Have ordered one, which I'm hoping will slim down my alarming tummy and draw the eye away to the wider bit at the bottom. Will need lifting with accessories/brighter tops a bit, but I still like the colour loads

Ooh, it doesn't work on mine either now, it did earlier..anyway it is East Online, the babycord skirt. Will try again here
