Can anyone help me to find a lovely full knee length skirt?

I don't know if it's from watching too much Mad Men but I'm craving a nice full knee length skirt for winter (to wear nipped in at the waist with something fitted on top and opaque tights and either ballet pumps or heels.

Something like this but I'm not keen on the camel colour - I know it's very on trend but I'm just not a big fan.

I've looked at loads of shops and can't find what I'm after.

What's your budget?

Oooh - I have tried that on. It isn't cut well tbh
I actually bought this one as an everyday skirt and it is lovely on. It goes with lots of colours including black and dark grey as well as the obvious brown and camel. I also like the pouch pockets at the front.

It is well made for one so cheap and does give you that swishy 50s thing.

You must all be super skinny - that style is so unflattering if you have big arse hips.

Love it though, wish I could wear it.

Dame
I have a very skinny waist but a big arse. I was wary trying on as I though it would make me look bigger but the shape is actually pretty flattering - because it flares anyway you personal arse flarage is not obvious Grin. I bought a 12

I thought a flared out skirt would be a good for a larger arse too. Surely it skims over it in a more flattering way than a clingy pencil skirt?

Ooops - Kirsty Allsop. And I mean that in a good way.

Hmm, interesting pagwatch. I too have a small waist in comparison to arse. But even in my size 8-10 days (only miss them superficially as they were very misery-based) that style looked dire.

Maybe it's a more general body-shape issue I have . Maybe I'll re-try.
