Ok..got a smart wedding coming up..small affair and planning to look elegant and understated..ha ha!
Got a dress sapphire cowl from NOLI..wish I could do links but if anyone has a minute to have a peek..I would be very grateful.
So thinking, clutch bag, no necklace but long earrings but shoes..argh! Black classic peeptoes or full court shoes?? Should I go for a kind of round toe or not black at all?? Thinking probably a peep toe with no tights and light tan. Whole wedding is indoors so not thinking about shrug etc...am I on the right track??

I think the dress is a confident colour, and the shoes need to be matched in confidence IYSWIM.

I think long tassled earrings and a clutch are spot on.

The dress you've chosen is lovely, really pretty but it's very simple and elegant. You could go a little bit out on a limb with the shoes.. .. .. I bet you get LOADS of people asking you about them.
