No coats suit me!

I can NEVER find a coat which actually suits me, I am a size 14-16 depending on the shop but have 36E chest.

All coats make me look fat or constrict my movements completely.

I want a coat which I can wear open but doesn't leave me devoid of a waist.

Please help! I am really starting to feel the cold!

I saw one I loved in one of the Trinny & Susannah books but that style's never in the shops. Think full circle wrap dress with lapels.
