Just ordered some FitFlop boots!

I went shopping yesterday to hopefully try on and buy some FitFlop boots - everywhere had sold out of the short leather style that I liked!! I tried on some great black fluffy ones but they're a bit too casual for work. Anyway, I've taken the plunge and ordered some on-line!! So hope they'll fit!!

They've arrived!! And they're FAB!! They're quite tight-fitting (as specified on the sizing details) but feel wonderful once on. Impressed by such prompt delivery. May have to save up for another pair................ or put on my Xmas list!!!

That was fast! Can you link please? I'm toying with the idea of new boots and as I loved the fitflops in summer, think I might go for their boots for winter too... decisions, decisions....

I don't suppose you could take a photo of yourself wearing them could you? I have been thinking of the long ones but it's impossible to find a pair to try on

Link? Ummmmm!! Haven't mastered that yet but they're the Superboot Short Leather (I've bought the black ones so that I can wear them to work with black trousers). I love the mid-browns ones, too............

Glad you like them - am also a great FF fan.

I've ordered the chocolate suede version of the same thing (short Superboots) but now wondering whether to change them for the leather version of the same thing. There are a couple of questions you may be able to help me wirh:

  • Did you 'sizs up' or down? Am 7 1/2 and have ordered a Size 8, as I have for Fitflops before, but wondered what your experience was.
  • While shopping, did you also see the suede Superboots, and, if so, do the leather look smarter? I've only seen the suede IRL and, though I like them, they're not as different from my last year's furry ones (Mukluk) as I'd hoped.

I've worn the sandals in size 8 and the boots are the same size. They feel quite snug but it says on the sizing details that this is to be expected and they'll loosen quickly. Don't get me wrong, they're not uncomfortably tight!! So pleased!!

Thanks for that. Sounds like the 8 will be OK for me. Did you happen to see the suede ones too on your shopping trip ? Am overcome with indecision about whether the leather ones will look a bit smarter, but haven't seen them side by side except online...

No, sorry, only had the brown leather (which were lush!) and no suede ones left in stock! People are obviously buying them now in readiness for the colder weather. Brrr.

I've got the short black leather ones and I love them.
I'm a 5.5 and I ordered a 6 and they feel fine.

I really want the long boots now, maybe next month if there are any still in stock.

I went into John Lewis today and they sold out of their entire stock of fitflops between 10 am yesterday and 2 pm today!

Got my tall 'super boots' from boots online and you can return them for free if they are the wrong size or just wrong for you. Mine cost £190( very £££) And I can't decide if they are ugly or quirky and fab. But certainly , 10/10 for comfort.

Rosie - are they difficult to get on? I saw them and loved them but saw they have no zip and are really narrow - how does that work?

Hi Vandubby, no difficulty whatsoever in getting them on. I bought a leather pair and I am not especially slim of leg to say the least.

I've got the long sheepskin boots from Walters Shoes website - they are so snuggly - the weather report says its going to be a cold winter so they will be perfect! They are not cheap but neither are Uggs and these are way better.

Don't think so FrameyMcFrame! Well,they don't feel like they are doing anything. But mine are SO comfy! I have these,but in a sandy colour.They never leave my feet!
